Core Support
A peer support group for women living with hypermobility and persistent pain. Drawing on my own lived experience, I bring together gentle movement, breathwork, and peer support in a small, co-created group. Six week blocks, starting with a free taster, to build strength, confidence, and connection with others who understand.

Movement & Connection: Support Group for Women with Hypermobility
This is a small, co-created peer support group for women living with hypermobility and persistent pain, bringing together movement, talking support, and community, rather than being purely a class.
Facilitated by me, Beth, drawing on my own lived experience of persistent pain alongside my work as a movement teacher. It’s kept small, typically 8 to 10 women, so there’s space for everyone to be seen and heard.
Practical details
Sessions run Wednesdays, 4:00 to 5:30pm, at Swansea Wellbeing Centre,
in blocks of about six weeks.
Priced at £15 per session, with your very first session free as an introductory taster.
What a session might include
Movement, breathwork, and space for talking and peer support.
- A mixture of gentle Restore Your Core (RYC) inspired movement, noticing the patterns our body defaults to and gently building stability from a wider range of support
- Talking and peer support
- Breathwork, exploring how we can build core strength through the breath as well as through movement
- The option to rest and simply observe if you’re in a flare-up, no pressure to keep up.
What this isn't
- Not an open drop-in, it works because the same group builds trust together over the block
- Not mixed gender
- Not about pushing through, fixing your body, or any image of strength that doesn’t reflect where you actually are day to day
- Not a space for body shaming or comparison
- Not counselling or therapy, though emotions may come up, and we’ll aim to witness and hold them, not solve them
