Restore Your Core® with Beth Cox

Rebuild strength and trust in your body — without pushing through pain

If you’re struggling with symptoms like ongoing back or hip pain, a weak core, leaking when you sneeze or run, or a feeling of heaviness in your pelvic floor — you are not alone.

These issues are common, but that doesn’t mean they’re normal or something you just have to live with. And they don’t just affect women who’ve had children — I’ve worked with men and women of all ages and life stages who’ve experienced back or hip pain, weak core and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Rebuild from the inside out
Feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in your body

Restore Your Core® is a practical, long-term approach to building strength and function in your body. It’s not about smashing workouts or forcing your body into a certain shape — it’s about learning how to move in ways that support your healing, day by day.

You’ll learn :-

  • how your breath and posture affect your core,
  • how to recognise movement habits that are holding you back
  • how to rebuild strength without triggering more pain or discomfort.

This work is about:

  • slowing down to understand your body
  • moving in ways that feel good, not punishing
  • gaining the tools and confidence to do the things you love again

We’re not chasing quick fixes here — we’re building lasting changes that support your body from the inside out.

Resulting in a deeper understanding of your body, better support for your core and pelvic floor, and more ease in everyday movement.

Curious if this is right for you?

Why I teach Restore Your Core®

Beth Cox teaching yoga

I came to Restore Your Core® after decades of back pain.

Like many people, I’d tried all sorts of therapies — physio, osteopathy, acupuncture, yoga. Some helped short term, but nothing stuck. I was still afraid of flare-ups, unsure what would set things off, and avoiding things I loved just in case.

Finding Restore Your Core® was a turning point. The movements helped me to understand my body better. I stopped pushing through pain and have rebuilt strength and trust in ways I didn’t think were possible. I now feel more stable and resilient in my 50s than I did in my 20s.

I bring this personal experience into every session I teach.

I know what it’s like to feel like your body’s let you down. I know what it’s like to be told “just strengthen your core” without being shown how. And I know the power of learning how to move in ways that feel supportive, not scary.

I work with men and women one-to-one and in small groups to help them:

  • understand their movement patterns
  • unravel unhelpful habits that might be keeping them stuck
  • rebuild strength gently, safely, and with confidence
  • reconnect with their body — not fight against it
